Uttam has successfully executed one of the largest multi-effect evaporation (Falling Film of HSA- 7500 m²) for process house capacity enhancement at Warana Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana, Warananagar.
The project included the process design, supply and supervision of critical processing equipment, delivering significant improvements in energy efficiency and overall manufacturing performance.

Project Scope:

3 Juice Heaters (379 m²): These high-performance juice heaters are designed to optimize heat transfer and enhance the thermal efficiency of the plant, ensuring the effective concentration of sugarcane juice.

4 Falling Film Evaporators (7500 m²): These evaporators are engineered to increase the evaporation rate, reducing energy consumption while maintaining the highest standards of juice concentration.
